Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 30, 2026

Frontier Foundry partners with institutions where the cost of getting privacy wrong is measured in regulatory action, not just user trust. This policy explains what we collect on our website and during our engagements, why we collect it, and the controls we apply to keep it protected.

  1. Who we are

Frontier Foundry designs and deploys AI systems inside regulated production environments. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you visit our website, contact us, or engage with us as a prospective or active customer.

It does not describe how we handle data inside customer-managed deployments of our platform — those are governed by the contractual agreement signed with the customer, the customer's own privacy notices, and the applicable regulatory framework for the deployment.

  2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form, request a partnership, or correspond with us by email, we collect the contact and business details you provide — typically your name, work email, organization, role, and the substance of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit frontierfoundry.com we receive standard server-log data: IP address, user agent, referrer, requested pages, and timestamps. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the site.

Cookies and similar technologies. Our marketing site uses a small number of first-party cookies for session continuity and aggregated analytics. We do not sell or share this data with third-party ad networks.

  3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, evaluate prospective engagements, fulfil our contractual obligations, secure our infrastructure, comply with legal obligations, and improve our products and communications.

We do not use website-visitor data to train models. We do not use customer data for any purpose other than operating the contracted system, except as specifically authorized by the customer in writing.

  4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business — for example, infrastructure, email, and analytics providers — under contracts that require them to protect the information and use it solely on our behalf.

We may disclose information when legally required (such as in response to a valid subpoena), to protect the safety of any person, or as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition, in which case we will provide notice before any information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

  5. Data security

Frontier Foundry maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our production systems and customer engagements are operated in line with the controls described on our Security & Compliance page.

No system is perfectly secure. If we ever determine that a security incident has occurred, we will notify affected parties and applicable regulators in accordance with the relevant law and contractual requirements.

  6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as is necessary to provide our services, fulfil the purposes described in this policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods inside customer deployments are governed by the contracts and policies that apply to that deployment.

  7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 11 below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar protections, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

  8. International transfers

Frontier Foundry is headquartered in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms — including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable — to protect international transfers.

  9. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for institutional and business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

  10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through our website or, where appropriate, directly to affected customers.

  11. Contact us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our handling of your information, contact us through the form on our Build With Us page or by emailing privacy@frontierfoundry.com. We aim to respond within ten business days.
